Heartyyfresh is a simple online app-based grocery delivery platform that provides its customers the convenience of ordering their groceries from the comfort of their home, at any convenient time, providing them with the best quality and range of products, with the best pricing.
Heartyyfresh uses its buying capabilities and technology reach to offer the best deals to our customers. We also are very proud of our team of professionals that would always look for the best prices to offer to our community, without sacrificing the quality of the products Heartyyfresh offers to our clients.
We procure the products mostly from the manufacturers directly or some from their distributors. We source a lot of products locally from local business. Fresh produce and dairy come from many local farms. Thereafter we deliver your orders from our central warehouse in California.

Yes, they are. You will find thousands of products, including fresh cut vegetables, milk, dairy, snacks, baked goods, condiments, beverages, canned and packaged goods, ready-to-eat foods, dry goods, soy products, cosmetics, health and household products and so on. However, please be aware that product availability may vary by zip code. If you do not see any product that you wish to have, simply inform us by sending a message through the Heartyyfresh app or at help@heartyyfresh.com.
Purchases over $50.00, will qualify for free delivery. Orders below $50.00, will include a delivery fee of $5.99. Currently pickups are free of charge. Please, keep checking our promotions as they may vary from time to time.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked and carefully packed. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.
Absolutely. You can completely track your order at each stage [stages: prepared, out for delivery, delivered]. To ensure that you always get notified, in the app, go to My Accounts, click on Notifications and ensure that the notifications option has been turned on.
Delivery address can be modified at any time in your account section. While placing the order you can select from a previously added delivery address or add a new address where you wish to get your order delivered. However, once an order is placed for a certain address, the address information can no longer be modified for that order. Only one address is supported on the day of delivery for one order.
Yes, we do. Our drivers bring your groceries and follow any instructions you have provided in the app while placing your order. When our delivery person brings your groceries to you, you will need to confirm your delivery by providing the 4-digit code that will appear in your order; after this quick confirmation step, they’d leave your products at your designated spot.
Absolutely. You can provide the tips at the time of the order or later after the order was delivered. Tipping besides being good karma is also encouraging to the team that was involved in processing your order; basically, all tips are distributed to the people who picked, bagged and delivered your order.
From our mobile or web app, specify the zip code you are shopping for. The app will immediately inform you if we are currently delivering to your zip code. If we have pick up or do delivery to your area, our full selection of products displayed on your mobile phone or web page can be delivered. If we are not functional in your area, please leave your email address and we’d inform you as soon as we become functional in your area.
All products selling on the platform are eligible for delivery or pick up at the zip code that we are functional into.
To place an order for delivery, you only need to enter your address and payment information.
Check in the web or mobile app. You’d find a tab called “Pick up”. All pick up locations are visible there. We are continuously working to add more locations.
There is no minimum order amount. You can order any number of groceries provided the service is functional in that area. Although there are promotions running from time-to-time e.g.: free delivery on $50 or more, these promotions are subject to change. Currently, all pickups are free of extra charge. Please Note: Service Area and promotions may change from time to time.

Yes, we do have a membership option. Memberships come with many benefits and special promotions.

No. Registration on Heartyyfresh.com is absolutely free.

Yes, membership can be purchased at any time. Nonetheless, regardless of membership, any purchase over $50.00 qualifies for free shipping.
ORDER RELATED
To place an order, you need to have an account with us. You can sign up by clicking on the "Sign Up" link. Once you have an account, log in your account and add items you wish to buy in your cart, then when you ready do the checkout.
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed in the app. Based on the status of the order, you can go to My Account -> My Orders -> Pending Orders and look for the order you wish to cancel. Expand the order details and at the bottom of the order you’d see a cancel order button.
Any orders cancelled before they were delivered have no cancellation charges.
Refunds are sent back to the original method of payment used for that order. If any loyalty points were used, loyalty points shall also be credited back to your account. Please note that sometimes financial institutions can take between 3 to 5 business days to process the complete refund.
Yes, you can add as many addresses as you’d like to your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. Please be advice, If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
Orders are charged after the delivery or pick up is completed.
Orders can be placed up to 7 days prior to the delivery or pick up time, at checkout. All orders are delivered on the next business day. Deliveries window will be displayed on the app at the time of ordering. However, the actual time may vary depending on the picker and delivery person availability. For pickups you can pick up at your choice of convenient timings based on the pickup location timings. You are always kept informed when your order is ready for pick up or out for delivery.
No, you can only order products which are in stock. We are proud to note that our stock published in our app is updated in real time based on the incoming supplies from vendors. We try to ensure maximum availability of all products in our application; however due to supply chain issues sometimes this may not be possible.
In every aisle there is a location that prompts you to let us know if there is any particular item that you’d like us to add to our list. Depending on the items demand and availability, our team will make every possible effort to add the product as we strive to keep our customers happy.
We are soon going to service business accounts with products that they normally require. Meanwhile, you can order all the available products as a normal regular shopper would.
After the order is out for delivery or available for pick up, you will be notified by the system, depending on your notification choices under “My Account”.
Yes, we’d leave the order outside as per your instructions on the order. The system will notify you once the order is delivered. We highly recommend that you bring the order inside asap due to the perishable nature.
Absolutely. If your order is delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen events such as weather or other logistical issues, we will notify you as soon as we can. You can place another order or if you do not cancel the order we’d try to deliver it on the next first availability.
While tipping is good karma and greatly appreciated it, customers are not obligated to tip our associates.
Coupon code must be applied at the time of checkout. Once the order is placed coupon codes cannot be applied later.
Currently we offer 20% off every order, irrespective to the order amount for the first 5 orders / 3 months, whichever may be earlier plus Free delivery on orders above $50. We may have additional promotions going on from time to time for a new user. Please note that offers keep changing on a regular basis, and even though we make every effort to keep these FAQ’s updated, you must check the promotion as applicable at the time.

Yes, you can have as many accounts as you’d like and there is no extra charge for this. Nonetheless, it is not recommended to have multiple accounts.
SECURITY / SAFETY
Yes, As mentioned in our “DELIVERY / PICKUP” section, offer contactless delivery. In the instructions section, you can specify if you want us to leave your order at a specific area of your choice or hand it over to you. If you choose a hand over delivery, we will ask you for a 4-digit code which shall be on your order. Once you provide our driver with the code, the order will be delivered per your request. Please note that, we will not enter your premise in any case.
Heartyyfresh personnel will be wearing company gear with our logo on it.

We do not store your financial data on our servers. We use industry leading Third Party Payment Processors like Stripe to process your payments. These parties follow strict guidelines as applicable from time to time to ensure your financial data security. They are PCI compliant.
ACCOUNTING
To access a receipt, please print the receipt emailed to you from HEARTYYFRESH or log into your account to access past receipts. No, to save trees we avoid sending any more receipts as you always can access your final order receipt in your email or on the apps. Remember to mark Heartyyfresh emails as not spam in your email software.
We support all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Please be advice that, we do not accept cash for any order.
No, we do not charge your card until the order is successfully delivered or picked up. If the order was cancelled before it was processed, then no further action is needed as we’d have not charged your card. If the order was cancelled after the delivery.
